Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer to join our team. This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various roofing materials and techniques, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and built-up roofs).
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, and wear; recommend appropriate solutions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate progress and any issues to the site supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial roofer or similar role.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and working long hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with torch-down and single-ply systems.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and project specifications.
• Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
