Position Title: Drywall Project Manager OR Drywall Assistant Project Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Drywall , specifically in metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience preferred).
• Proficient in software such as On Screen Takeoff, Plan Grid, and the Microsoft Suite .
• OSHA Certification and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
• Experience in lieu of a degree is considered.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts for accuracy and facilitate smooth handoffs between Project Managers and Estimators.
• Create, manage, and review budgets while overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with Superintendents, General Contractors, Estimators, and other PMs.
• Handle RFIs, RFQs, and Change Orders efficiently.
• Manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M , including restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces.
