BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Medication Delivery Solutions team. This role is responsible for executing clinical programs and initiatives that differentiate our product portfolio based on improved clinical outcomes and process enhancements. The Clinical Specialist will leverage their expertise and credentials to enhance the credibility of recommendations to customers and strengthen customer service and support. Key Responsibilities include facilitating customer training classes and providing clinical support for product implementations and conversions, developing strong relationships with end-users while providing product in-servicing and clinical education, conducting regional training for contractual nursing support as needed, collaborating with the Regional Team to ensure clinical effectiveness throughout the sales and conversion management process, providing clinical support, training, and education for Regional Team members, managing the On-call Specialist (OCS) schedule and coordinating team meetings, and training and mentoring contract nursing staff to build clinical competence. Requirements include being a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree (BSN preferred), minimum of 5 years of general clinical experience including 3 years with nursing related to a Medication Delivery Solutions product, ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement experience, national certification recommended, ability to travel up to 70% of the time, valid state-issued driver's license, strong work ethic, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and basic computer skills. Certifications required include a Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Board of Nursing. BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a minimum of 4 days in-office presence per week for most roles, with different arrangements for remote or field-based positions.
