About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer to lead its national communications and fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for significantly growing the organization's branding, positioning, and revenue, with a focus on inspiring donors and amplifying the profiles of endorsed candidates and alumni. This executive-level role involves leading and managing the Development and Communication teams, ensuring that programs are aligned with the company's mission, and representing the executive team as needed. The Chief Impact Officer will also be a key player in the organization's leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives, and advocating for the company's philosophy, mission, values, and DEI goals. Applicants for the Chief Impact Officer position at the company should have relevant work experience in campaigns or electoral political organizations, as well as a proven track record in managing and executing communication and fundraising strategies.
