About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO) to lead the strategic elevation of its mission, research, and academic contributions. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to social justice, inclusion, equity, and belonging. As part of the executive leadership team, the CCMO will be responsible for developing and implementing creative communication and marketing strategies to expand the global reach and visibility of the organization. This role involves leading a high-performing team, overseeing communication strategy and execution, crisis management, media relations, and engagement campaigns. The CCMO will also be at the forefront of internal and external stakeholder communications, including the management of diverse and unique audiences, and will play a key role in the publication of scholarly work and the development of digital and social media strategies.
