The Priory Hotel is a boutique 42-room hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh on the city's North shore.

Pittsburgh's Grand Hall at the Priory is Western Pennsylvania's most historic event venue.

Mansions On Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel in Pittsburgh's East End. Located in Shadyside, just minutes from the University of Pittsburgh and Oakland.

JOB DUTIES

Butler

The Butler will be responsible for assisting with the overall guest experience as well as tending to the general upkeep of The Priory Hotel. While interacting with guests and staff, the Butler must maintain the utmost professionalism, politeness, and warmth. Presentability is essential and must meet the standards of dress and cleanliness set forth by the hotel. Previous experience in the luxury hotel industry is preferred. The Butler must also be up to date with hotel events and functions in order to better answer questions and serve guests, even regarding items not directly related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Tidying hallways, lobbies, and other public hotel spaces to maintain presentability
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Coordinate in-room dining, unpacking/packing, and special requests
• Significant amount of physical capability is required to perform job duties; this includes transporting heavy luggage between the lobby and guest rooms
• On a regular basis, the Butler may be asked to assist with the general cleaning of the hotel such as mopping, vacuuming and dusting
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Adhere to all policies laid out within the Priory Hospitality Group Employee Handbook
• Complete all tasks assigned by manager or owners with an emphasis on quality and timeliness
