We're looking for a high-drive, results-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and support continued growth. What You'll Do• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to exceed revenue and service goals.
• Drive accountability and foster a winning culture.
• Monitor KPIs, implement strategies, and ensure goals are met.
• Support in scaling operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For• Proven leadership experience in management or operations.
• High energy, competitive, and results-driven.
• Strong business acumen with problem-solving skills.
• Technical/HVAC background preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
