Responsibilities:
* -Accurately assess damage and necessary parts and labor for repairs
* -Work with body shop estimators to assess insurance requirements
* -Assist in supplement requests
* -Meet all standard manufacturer requirements for the correct repair
* -Communicate any discrepancies between manufacturer requirements and insurance requirements
* -Ensure and inspect for quality work
Requirements:
* -High school diploma
* -Technical school training
* -ASE/I-Car certifications are preferred
* -Professional appearance and communication
* -Genuine desire to serve
* -Ability to multitask
* -Desire for long-term career development
