Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic-Based | Richmond, VA

Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and performance)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are trusted clinical leaders who guide treatment planning, mentor technicians, and ensure meaningful progress for children with autism. Our clinic-based model emphasizes quality outcomes , collaboration, and consistent support from experienced leadership.

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Richmond, VA clinic, primarily serving children in early intervention through structured treatment programs, data-informed decision making, and family-centered care.

Position Highlights

  • Setting: Clinic-based ABA therapy (Richmond, VA)
  • Status: Full-time, in-person
  • Reports To: Clinical Director
  • Billable Expectation: ~27 hours/week, supported through established scheduling systems
  • Caseload: Manageable with strong clinical and operational support
  • Start Timeline: Preferred start as soon as onboarding permits

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on supervision to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees
  • Deliver parent/caregiver coaching to support skill generalization at home
  • Monitor client progress through regular data review and program adjustments
  • Maintain documentation consistent with BACB standards and internal policy
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and family-centered care
