Position Summary: The Transaction Banking Product and Digital Channels teams consist of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Support staff, and Project Managers who develop and support online banking products to meet customer needs. This entry-level position is suitable for an ambitious candidate with 1-5 years of Business Analyst experience pursuing a career in Transaction Banking Product Management and software development. The role involves managing daily business tasks and collaborating with internal teams to deliver global digital banking solutions. Major Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between Transaction Banking of the Americas and the Tokyo Head Office for system requirements, product development, testing, and enhancements. Gather and document requirements for future global digital banking products and updates. Support online product deployment, including user acceptance testing and production validation. Coordinate with technology teams to ensure testing environments are prepared with clean data. Assist the Product Management team with incident management, problem resolution, and client impact mitigation. Support client onboarding and system configuration inquiries. Proactively communicate system issues and advocate for excellent customer experiences. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and complete required training. Requirements: Fluent in both Japanese and English, with flexible working hours to coordinate with non-U.S. colleagues. Experience in Transaction Banking, online cash management, and host-to-host connectivity protocols including ISO 20022 standards. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, preferably in a STEM field. Additional advanced degrees or MBAs are a plus. Ability to analyze and simplify complex system and business requirements. Creative problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and strong organizational and communication skills. The typical base salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000, depending on experience and location.
