Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:
Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Prioritize payments based on vendor terms and available discounts
Process AP transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate checks
Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear records
Manage AP reports, files, spreadsheets, and support month-end processes
Perform credit card audits and assist with general departmental tasks
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of recent AP experience in a corporate setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Associate degree preferred but not required
Job Details:
Full-time, fully onsite
Salary: Up to $43,000 - $45,000
