Job Title: Flux Core Structural Welder

MUST HAVE: Flux Core Structural welding, AWS FCAW Certification, DOB License, SST, OSHA 30, G60, F60

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DOB Structural Welders to join our team for a long-term project in Manhattan, focusing on welding structural frameworks on the interior and exterior of a high rise building. This is a full time and long-term job opportunity. The current project we are hiring for is at least a 2 year job with opportunity for continued employment with the subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using flux core and stick welding techniques.
• Construct and weld structural steel and framework on building exteriors.
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in flux core and stick welding.
• Experience with structural steel welding and framework construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Structural Welder
• Recent experience Flux Core Welding
• DOB Welding License
• AWS FCAW Certificate
• SST certification
• G60 (Preferred but can be obtained upon employment)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
