  • Family-run, Tight-knit Team: Work in a close, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.

  • Respect for Time & Faith-based Values: Work for a faith-based business that prioritizes people, teamwork, and family time, including a no-catering policy on Sundays.

  • Prepare & assemble food in the commercial kitchen and on-site, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate transportation of staff, food, and equipment to and from event venues.
  • Oversee day-of execution, guest service, cleanup, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Travel from the main location to catering venues within a 45-50 minute radius.

Our Ideal Wedding Catering Coordinator:

  • Experienced: 6-12 months of food service experience preferred, with prior leadership exposure a plus; ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Organized & Accountable: Manages multiple events, timelines, and details while owning outcomes from planning through execution.
  • Client-focused Communicator: Builds trust with couples, venues, and staff through clear communication, active listening, and follow-through.
  • Calm & Adaptable: Maintains composure and problem-solves effectively during busy event days and unexpected challenges.
  • Tech-capable: Comfortable using Google Suite and learning internal tools to manage event details and communication.
  • Active: Able to stand for extended periods, climb steps, lift up to 50 pounds, and drive a box truck as needed.

What we offer our Wedding Catering Coordinator:

  • $55,000-$75,000 per year, DOE
  • Full-time or part-time schedule, typically weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
