Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer with experience in the fashion or retail industry to create seamless, engaging digital experiences for our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and updates of our Shopify website, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and operates smoothly.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and product pages that enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Troubleshoot site issues, monitor performance metrics, and implement effective solutions to boost site functionality and load speeds.
  • Utilize Shopify's Liquid templating language and other web technologies to create personalized customer journeys.
  • Create seamless, on-brand digital experiences for the website and other digital platforms, focusing on user-centered design and visual aesthetics.
  • Integrate APIs to enhance functionality and improve user interactions.
  • Conduct regular site audits and user feedback sessions to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with web design trends and best practices to continually enhance website performance.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in web design roles.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, including theme customization, app integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid programming language
  • Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Github, Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to create polished, high-fidelity designs.
  • Experience with e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
