This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Warehouse Team Lead assists with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM-4:30PM ($17.00/hour) $2.00 Peak Increase beginning 11/16 through 12/13 bringing hourly total wages to $19.00 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5PM-3:30PM ($19.00/ hour) $2.00 Peak Increase beginning 11/16 through 12/13 bringing hourly total wages to $21.00 Must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary. Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems Limited OT opportunities will be available Non-climate controlled building- Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting . Position Requirements: Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
