Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Salary: $100,000–$110,000/annually
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, staffing, and workflow efficiency. They will implement safety and productivity standards, develop warehouse procedures, and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations
• Supervise and mentor hourly employees
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
• Meet with team leads to monitor productivity and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Communicate with internal departments to support operational needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing hourly warehouse staff
• Valid forklift license
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating and enforcing operational procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Visual Enterprise (ERP) is an asset (training provided if needed)
