- Gather customer data to ensure a clear & current view of the production customer experience
- Use a multi-faceted research approach to gather formative data.
- Leverage available metrics to monitor the health of the customer experience.
- Roll data points up into a compelling Point-of-view documents
- Employ online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods.
