The UPS Store is the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing, and business service centers. Our location is fast-paced, customer-focused, and team-driven. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Associate .

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business needs.

• Accurately process shipments, packaging, mailbox services, and retail transactions.

• Operate and maintain printing, copying, and finishing equipment.

• Pack and prepare items for shipment according to UPS guidelines.

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and keeping the store clean and organized.

• Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

• Customer service or retail experience a plus (UPS Store experience not required—training provided).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.
