We are seeking a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer who also has some experience with digital design to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior UX/UI designer and cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. You will also work with our stakeholders and marketing team to create creative content for our sales and marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designer and product management to understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your design process and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, and other research tools.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to create visual content for social media platforms
