Trial Paralegal - Plaintiff PI Trial Paralegal - Plaintiff PI

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trial Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing for trial in personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trial support, trial preparation, and court procedures specifically related to personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and organization of case files
• Manage discovery processes and ensure timely responses
• Prepare trial exhibits and demonstrative evidence
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and ensure their availability for trial
• Attend court hearings and trials to provide support to the legal team
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to trial preparation
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and trial arguments
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of trial processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with trial presentation software and tools
