Job Description & RequirementsThe Pharmacy Manager serves as the Pharmacist in Charge as defined by the State Board of Pharmacy, and reports to the Market Director of Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for supervision of daily departmental work activities and assigned staff; including work schedules and assignments. Serves as a pharmacist and carries out the dispensing and clinical functions of that job description. Develops and implements systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, continuous quality assurance and performance improvement, and staff workflows. Acts as a resource to staff regarding education, orientation, and standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Facility Requirements: Must have 3 years recent Managerial experiance in Pharmacy, preferrably in a hospital setting with Inpatient pharmacy management experience, Understanding of Joint Commission standards and Sterile Compounding standards . Must have BLS certification, must be attached to the candidate submission (Must be through the American Heart Association) Must have Indiana Pharmacy license, must be attached to resume Shifts will be 40 hours weekly, M-F 8-4:30. Sat & Sun 8a-2p. Holidays 8a-12p; scheduled as needed per the department needs, rotatiing on-call MUST USE TEMPLATE BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE. Any submittals without will be rejected!
