\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Patient ratio of 1:4 for both days and nights
\n• Care for adult patients and pediatric patients 15 years and older
\n• Must pass open book exam during orientation with 90% or higher score
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Telemetry competency required
\n• Must live outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit facilities
\n• Driver's license required at submittal
\n• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments
\n• Work with EPIC charting system and Alaris IV pumps
\n• Common patient diagnoses include CVA, TIA, shortness of breath, subdural hematoma, and weakness
\n• Administer common medications including PCA pumps for pain management, cardizem, and insulin
\n• May float to medical-surgical areas based on highest need
\n• Focus on hourly rounding and patient responsiveness
\n• Support available from nursing assistants, charge nurse, educator, care managers, social workers, dieticians, PT, and OT
