Connected Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

  • Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or hospice facilities\n\t
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized end-of-life care plans\n\t
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides\n\t
  • Administer medications, manage symptoms, and perform wound care as needed\n\t
  • Offer emotional and educational support to patients and families regarding disease progression and comfort measures\n\t
  • Accurately document visits and maintain compliance with hospice standards and agency protocols\n\t
  • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned and ensure timely communication of patient status changes\n
\n Education & Certification Requirements: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Active  Registered Nurse (RN)license in Idaho (or compact state license)\n\t
  • Current  AHA BLS certification \n\t
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice RN experience required\n\t
  • Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, pain management, and symptom control\n\t
  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)\n
