\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week
\n• Weekend requirement: Every other Saturday/Sunday with holidays as needed
\n• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Self-scheduling system
\n• Occasional floating required
\n• 12 hours of orientation provided
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• 2 years of ICU experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
\n• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 180 days), NIHSS (within 90 days)
\n• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross
\n• Responsible for assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in acute patient setting
\n• Provide holistic and individualized care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
\n• Foster collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
\n• Care for adults with daily census of 40 patients in 44-bed unit
\n• Skills required include arterial line management, ventilator management, blood product administration, central line care, IV medication protocols, and various ICU procedures
\n• One pre-approved time off request allowed
\n• No Thanksgiving or Christmas Day requests will be approved
