(Position overview)
Primary Functions:
Responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient traffic flow throughout the Shakopee Roofing Plant by coordinating the inbound and outbound logistics traffic. Responsible operating both weigh scales and preparing shipping documents according to CertainTeed's Logistics Standard Operating Procedures using the BPCS/SAP System Platforms.- The Traffic Coordinator has a critical role in our Emergency Action Plans including Fire, Medical and Weather preparedness and response.-

(Position requirements)
Minimum High School Education
Good working knowledge of Warehouse/Shipping policies, procedures, operations and general transportation processes.
Attention to detail and proficiency with internal computer systems including SAP and Microsoft Office. SAP Experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
Excellent Attendance Practices Required
Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations, sensitivity to other's needs and positive demeanor.
This position is a Mon-Fri night shift position 11p-7a (may be required to work 7p-7a for vacation coverage.

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $43,000-$67,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 7% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $46,010 to $71,690.
