- P.E. License or E.I.T.
- Over 10 years of experience in traffic engineering or transportation planning
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
- Proficient in traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM preferred)
- Consulting engineering experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
