What We Expect from our Drivers:
* Be able to hold a valid driver’s license while maintaining a good driving record (must be 21 years old due to insurance purposes)
* Utilize company-provided vehicles and equipment in a safe manner and have the ability to follow safety procedures
* Communicate with Dispatch and the Towing Manager on a daily basis
* Use our company-provided phones and utilize our Dispatch Anywhere software to properly get dispatch information
* Provide excellent customer service to all individuals you are assisting
* Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
* Be willing to adapt to changes and work with a high level of energy and positive attitude
* Strive to continually learn and grow within the company, but also as an individual
