Description: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is crucial in prospecting new leads, building client relationships, and enhancing our lead conversion rate. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, nurturing leads through various communication channels, and ensuring our acquisition agents have a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. This position will also be the representing agent for properties in the Harrisburg market. Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads. Use CRM to compile a list of all leads, ensuring agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
