We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Corporate Recruiter with a specialty in the Accounting and Finance industry. This role will be an integral part of our team, helping us to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for connecting with people, and has a keen eye for identifying potential. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Corporate Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Identifying potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, including networking, job boards, social media, and referral programs.
3. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
4. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing timely feedback to candidates.
5. Managing the offer negotiation process to ensure a positive experience for both the candidate and the company.
6. Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
8. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Corporate Recruiter position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruitment.
2. Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
5. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing offer negotiations.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
8. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
