SUMMARY

This full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple manufacturing locations. The position requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various levels and roles. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to craft and post job openings internally and externally.
• Use online platforms and social media to attract and engage top talent.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Write and maintain updated job descriptions for various positions.
• Promote a professional and positive company image throughout all recruitment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience hiring for positions at all levels, with exposure to medical products or insert molding industries being a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using online tools and social media.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
