We are seeking a Tableau Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather data visualization needs.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Optimize existing dashboards for performance and scalability.

Perform data analysis and generate insights to support business strategies.

Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related issues.

Continuously improve and innovate reporting solutions.

Required Skills:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.

Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.

Strong understanding of SQL for querying data from databases.

Experience in data visualization principles and best practices.

Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.

Familiarity with data warehousing and relational databases.

Desirable Skills:

Experience working with large datasets from various data sources.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.

Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Tableau certification is a plus.
