Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Supply Chain Director for its Newnan, GA facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and materials management within a manufacturing environment. Role also requires strong experience in low volume/ high mixed supply chain operations, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Windows based Office software, and managing budgets/project-based programs. APICS and/or CPIM Certification is a plus. This position will oversee supply chain operations (purchasing, inventory max/min), select and handle negotiations with vendors, KPIs, forecast inventory and distribution requirements, and develop and implement strategy to ensure company goals and KPIs are met.
