Responsibilities:
Substitute teacher must deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
Substitute teacher must adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Substitute teacher must manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
Substitute teacher must communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
Substitute teacher must follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Substitute teacher must have 60 or more college hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
Substitute teacher must be at least 21 years old.
Substitute teacher must have previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
Substitute teacher must have strong communication and classroom management skills.
Substitute teacher must have the ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
Substitute teacher must be passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
