Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teacher with PA Teaching Certification to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the educational development of students across various grade levels. As a Substitute Teacher, you will step into classrooms to ensure continuity of instruction while maintaining a supportive and engaging atmosphere for students.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure students meet learning objectives.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning environment.
• Supervise students during class activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Understanding of childhood development stages and how they impact learning.
• Experience in literacy education, including reading comprehension strategies.
• Proficiency in math instruction tailored for various age groups.
• Ability to work effectively with children.

Pay : $200/day for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: PA Teaching Certification

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
