Job Title: Substance Abuse Therapist / Licensed Therapist
Location: Shelbyville, TN
Type: Full-Time | Direct-Hire | On-Site
Openings: Multiple

Position Overview:

We are hiring dedicated Substance Abuse Therapists / Licensed Therapists to join our team at our Nashville TN location. You will provide clinical counseling services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, working within a supportive, ethical, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Masters in social work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure (TN only): LMSW, LMFT, LPC (without MHSP also acceptable), or working toward licensure
• Experience: At least 1 year working with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders
• Certifications: Must have or obtain current CPR and First Aid certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: Negotiable based on your experience and licensure level
• Candidates are encouraged to share their minimum acceptable hourly rate
