Job Summary Novant Health is seeking an Intern for the Pipeline and Recruitment internship program, which is designed to attract and develop high school and college students. During this program the Intern will provide strategic support to the Novant Health team, and their assigned preceptor through projects, active participation in meetings, and educational opportunities to clarify interns' professional goals and exposing them to various healthcare professions. Qualifications - Education: LessThan High School, preferred. Students enrolled in high school or college, preferred.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
