**GUARANTEED HOURLY RATE OF $33/HOUR AND ABOVE UNION INCENTIVE SCALE! 40-HOUR WEEK WITH NO WEEKENDS! SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $5000 AND YEARS-OF-SERVICE BONUS ADDED!*** Duties include: Master and Journeyman Technician: *Min. 5 years' experience preferred Level 2 & 3 Certifications are a plus, but not required. Diesel Engine experience is a plus, but not required Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specification. Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a prominent level of customer service. Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Perform maintenance and light repairs Fluid changes Qualifications: Post-secondary education in automotive repair preferred Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with "Team Player" mentality High energy and self-motivated individual with the drive to succeed Strong interpersonal communication skills Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency Benefits: GUARANTEED HOURLY WAGE OF $33/HOUR, PLUS ABOVE UNION INCENTIVE SCALE
