About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Spend Analytics & AI Solutions to join the Sourcing COE team. This is a high-impact role that combines spend analytics, data visualization, and automation with emerging AI/LLM capabilities. You will extract and analyze data from ERP systems, design executive-ready dashboards, and identify cost-saving opportunities while experimenting with AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Extract and analyze spend data from Oracle and ERP systems to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Experience establishing data quality standards, monitoring data traceability, and implementing governance practices for core procurement datasets.
• Build and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time, decision-ready insights.
• Run ETL processes and automation to ensure accurate, efficient data workflows.
• Apply advanced analytics (categorization, forecasting, Savings Opportunities, Price benchmarking).
• Design prompts, test LLM models, and deploy AI agents/chatbots to support Sourcing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into business strategies.
• Document processes, create training guides, and share best practices.
• Continuously explore new tools and technologies (AI, cloud platforms, automation)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in spend, procurement, or financial analytics, with exposure to AI/ML.

Preferred Qualifications

Analytical & Technical Skills

• Strong SQL expertise and ERP data extraction (Oracle, SAP, Coupa)
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for dashboarding
• Experience in ETL operations, data cleansing, and integration
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets automation
• Strong understanding of spend categorization, cost-saving analysis, supplier performance, and compliance

AI & Prompt Engineering Skills

• Proficiency in Python for analytics, ML, and API integration
• Experience with prompt engineering and system design for LLMs (CustomGPT, Gemini, OpenAI/GPT)
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation (accuracy, grounding, hallucination rate)
• Exposure to AI agent development and cloud AI platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$148,000 per year.
