The Sr. Scrum Master position is within our Infectious Disease business unit located in San Diego, California . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Agile transformation—facilitating ceremonies, managing cross-team dependencies, and guiding teams through the full development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and test teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Senior Scrum Master should have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and departments.
