Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teacher TK8 (In-Person, Full-Time)
Location: McClellan, CA
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, MonFri, 8:00?AM4:30?PM

Overview

Provide dedicated special education instruction to a TK8 caseload in an on-site setting. Ideal candidates have experience supporting students with mildmoderate needs, manage IEPs, and excel in collaborative, behavior-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior interventions

• Provide differentiated, data-driven instruction and monitor student progress

• Manage caseload documentation, state compliance, and reporting

• Coordinate with general educators, related-service staff (speech, OT, etc.), BHPs, administrators, and families

• Maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom and utilize assistive technology as appropriate

Required Credentials

• Valid California Special Education credential

• Experience teaching TK8 students with disabilities

• On-site, full-time availability

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
