Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a Special Education Teacher serving K-12 students in an onsite role located in Green Bay, WI. The contract runs from ASAP through June 8, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Most available roles focus on elementary education, with some positions specializing in classroom behavior support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction to students with diverse learning needs from elementary through high school levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals and challenges.
• Provide targeted behavioral interventions for students with behavioral needs, including those in specialized classroom behavior settings.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, staff members, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with all special education regulations and district policies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification with emphasis on Elementary Special Education.
• Endorsement or training in Behavior Support is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings, including behavior classrooms.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing inclusive and adaptive learning environments.

Location & Work Environment:

• Onsite position based within Green Bay area schools.
• Full-time, contracted duration covering the current school year.
