About the Role:
As the Beverage Service Manager/Sommelier, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional beverage program. You’ll have the opportunity to curate an impressive selection of wines, craft beers, and premium spirits that elevate every dining experience. Your creativity and leadership will be key in delivering unparalleled service to our discerning members and guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Curate and Innovate: Collaborate with our culinary leaders to craft a diverse and dynamic beverage menu that perfectly complements our exquisite dishes.
• Lead with Expertise: Manage the entire beverage inventory, from sourcing the finest selections to overseeing our exclusive wine futures program.
• Engage and Educate: Share your passion for wine and spirits with our members and guests, offering personalized recommendations and hosting engaging tastings.
• Elevate Experiences: Develop innovative promotions and signature cocktails that captivate our members and guests and make every visit memorable.
• Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of talented bartenders, ensuring top-notch service that reflects our club's high standards.
• Drive Success: Implement efficient processes and systems to manage product inventory, control costs, and maximize revenue.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and member preferences to continually enhance our beverage offerings.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our culinary and management teams to ensure seamless, exciting beverage service across all dining outlets.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining and beverage management.
• A true connoisseur with multiple wine certifications (WSET, MCS, or CSW).
• A creative thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business (preferred).
• A natural leader with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport with members and staff.
• A tech-savvy professional comfortable using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
