We specialize in conversion-optimized creative paired with high-performance media buying to help brands scale customer acquisition. With a TikTok-first approach, we produce thumb-stopping ad content that drives results fast. Our goal is simple: build top-tier creative at scale and make every ad dollar work harder.

Role: In-House Videographer (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re looking for a hands-on, in-office Videographer to join our growing creative team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our client campaigns to life from setting up lights to shooting talent to dialing in the perfect frame. You’ll collaborate closely with writers, editors, and casting to create performance-driven content that actually converts.

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried role with a competitive pay range of $56,000–$66,000 per year , based on experience and skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Operate camera and audio gear for social-first productions (mostly TikTok-style)
• Set up lighting, stage gear, and optimize spaces for shooting
• Capture short-form content in a fast-paced, repeatable studio flow
• Work closely with creative directors and writers to shoot against scripts
• Manage and organize gear before, during, and after shoot days
• Occasionally help source props or assist with small set builds

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in video production or content creation
• Confident with camera operation, lighting setups, and handheld rigs
• Strong eye for framing, movement, and fast-paced digital content
• Ability to work independently on-set and adapt quickly
• Familiarity with TikTok and performance creative formats is a plus
• Bonus: Editing experience in Adobe Premiere or CapCut
