Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy focused on organic engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product marketing , photography/videography , and Reels creation , especially in a B2B environment . You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to highlight our products and tell the story of our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage an organic social media strategy tailored to the B2B textile industry.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including photography, video, and Reels showcasing products, behind-the-scenes, and client success stories.
  • Write compelling copy and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously improve strategy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow a professional online community.
  • Manage and organize a digital content library for consistent publishing and reuse.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or product-focused industry.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing (using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut).
  • Demonstrated success in growing organic social media channels and creating engaging Reels and short-form video content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or social scheduling platforms).
