Title: Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports to: V.P. of Marketing

Location: Full time, in office

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:

As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and creating content in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Define and track important social media KPIs
• Film and edit social media content
• Coordinate with outside videographers and photographers for marketing content needs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign alongside our Digital Media Specialist
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends
• Use social media tools such as Canva and Sprout Social
• Map out and execute content creation days
• Brainstorm and create content for various marketing needs i.e. open houses, promotions, new communities
• Respond to DM's and comments in an engaged and timely manner
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales
• Assist with other marketing team efforts as needed, including occasional weekend or evening events

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media or a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Competency with photography and videography
• Comfortable using Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Premier Pro
• Team player with good time-management skills

• Ideally, experience with flying and filming using a drone (DJI Mavic Air 2 Drone)
• Ideally, familiar with using basic camera and audio equipment (Canon R5 Camera)
