Key Responsibilities:

• Snow Removal: Clear snow and ice from residential and commercial properties, including driveways, walkways, and parking areas.
• Timely Service: Ensure snow removal tasks are completed promptly, especially following snowfalls or icy conditions.
• Safety Standards: Maintain safety by applying ice melt or sand where necessary and following all safety procedures.
• Customer Service: Communicate with property owners to address specific snow removal needs or concerns.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any additional property maintenance issues or damage observed during snow removal.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with snow removal, landscaping, or general property maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
