As a Siding Installer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our exterior siding division in residential construction. From assisting with installations and repairs to maintaining a safe work environment, your contributions will be valued as part of our commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install exterior siding materials precisely on newly constructed residential properties.
• Safely operate power tools and equipment, following safety protocols.
• Apply weatherproofing techniques and insulation materials to enhance energy efficiency and weather resistance.
• Inspect siding materials for defects before installation to ensure quality workmanship.
• Mentor apprentice installers to promote skill development and teamwork.
• Communicate progress and address challenges with foremen and project coordinator effectively.

Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years experience in siding installation.
• Experience working in residential construction.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment related to siding installation.
• Capability to handle physical demands associated with the job.
• Must have own car and tools.
• Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Bilingualism would be an asset (English and French).
