In this temp to hire Shop Helper role, you’ll gain valuable skills in rigging, safety, and warehouse operations, with potential cross-training in forklift operation. This is more than just a job, it’s a path toward long-term opportunity.
Shop Helper Job Responsibilities:
Assist crane operators in rigging and unrigging various metal bar stock
Safely guide materials during lifting and placement
Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate movement and storage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
Schedule:
Swing Shift, Monday-Friday 1:30pm to 10pm
Pay $19 per hour
Shop Helper Requirements:
Ability to work full shift on your feet in an industrial environment
Comfortable working around heavy equipment and large materials
Reliable transportation to Woodland, WA
Able to lift up to 50lbs
