Discord Moderator Jobs Job Description Job Title: Senior Stock Plan Administrator Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $132,000 – $148,500 base salary + equity + benefits About the Role: Discord is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of its global equity programs . This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of stock options, RSUs, and other equity-related activities. As part of the People and Finance teams, you’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Tax, and external vendors to support employees and leadership with equity-related education, reporting, and process optimization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Stock Administration and is open to remote candidates within the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Administer global equity programs including grant processing, option exercises, RSU releases, terminations, tax withholdings, and reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process improvements. Educate employees about equity programs; create and deliver training and resources. Handle SEC compliance including timely filing of Forms 3, 4, and 5, and 10b5-1 plan tracking. Maintain SOX compliance and support audit documentation and testing. Lead or support other projects related to equity administration. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in stock plan administration at both private and public companies . Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required. Experience with global equity programs, Carta , Fidelity , and SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, 5). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in record-keeping.
