The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can move fast, think big, and design with taste. This isn’t a “make a couple posts and clock out” job. You’ll be at the center of Jams’ visual world... owning everything from social assets to campaign visuals to experimental creative that pushes culture forward. You’ll concept and execute, often in the same day. You’ll help define what Jams looks like on the internet and beyond.

Motion is everything. Your ability to create scroll-stopping, thumb-breaking motion content will be the single most important skill you bring to this role. If you live and breathe After Effects, Blender, or motion design in general, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Own the look and feel of Jams across social, digital, and campaign creative .
• Design engaging, motion-first assets for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Concept and execute ideas at speed; from trend-reactive posts to evergreen brand visuals.
• Set the bar for taste, quality, and cultural relevance across all creative.
• Work across graphics, illustration, 3D, typography, and motion.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and community teams to turn ideas into visuals that pop.
• Stay on the pulse of Gen Z internet culture, translating moments into disruptive design.
• Provide direction and feedback to freelancers and collaborators.
• Ensure consistency and quality across every asset that leaves the door.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of design experience in agency, brand, or CPG (startup experience a plus).
• A portfolio that proves you can move across motion, 3D, and graphics with ease.
• Motion design expertise is non-negotiable (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent).
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related design tools.
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition.
• A deep understanding of internet culture, Gen Z trends, and how to design for organic social.
• Ability to take an idea from sketch → mockup → polished execution—fast.
• Confidence to bring your own ideas to the table and run with them.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-reward environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
